What to Expect

For adequate retinal exam, both of your eyes will be dilated.

For this reason, we advise you to plan appropriate driving arrangements, because your eyes may be slightly blurred for a few hours. Depending on the complexity of your problem, a new patient exam will take at over an hour and may require additional diagnostic testing.

Florida Retina Specialists accepts many insurance plans. If you do not see your plan listed, please contact our office to see if we accept your plan.

Medical Consultation

Medical Records

Before your visit in our office, each patient is emailed information on how to access their very own patient portal. In the Nextech portal, patients can see all of the information the doctor and technicians have put into their online chart, this includes medical history and care plans.
