What to Expect

For adequate retinal exam, both of your eyes will be dilated.

For this reason, we advise you to plan appropriate driving arrangements, for your eyes may be slightly blurred for a few hours. Depending on the complexity of your problem, a new patient exam will take atleast an hour and may require additional testing.

Medical Consultation

Medical Records

After a visit in our office, each patient is given information on how to access their very own patient portal. In the portal, patients can see all of the information the doctor and technicians have put into their online chart, this includes medical history and care plans.

Note: If you have lost this information and would like to access your portal, give us a call 321-735-8800

Macular Degeneration Screening

Macular degeneration is a condition that can cause permanent loss of detailed vision. Though it almost never causes total blindness, it is the major cause of loss of vision in people over the age of 50 in our country.
